Format:** 5v5 (4 field players + goalkeeper)

Maximum Roster Size: 9 players

Ball Size: Teams will use the same ball size as their regular season age group unless competing in an older division.

Goals: 6' x 12' Bownet goals (facility dependent)

Field Dimensions: Approximately 30 yards x 40 yards (facility dependent)

Game Format: Two 12-minute halves

Guarantee: All teams are guaranteed 3 games, with qualifying teams advancing to playoff rounds.
